This was my second time staying at Kim's and it was absolutely wonderful.... Very cozy. My husband and I needed a relaxing and quiet getaway to recharge our batteries and this place couldn't have been more perfect for that. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We spent every night outside by the fire relaxing and kayaked during the day. We grilled out a few times too. Chuck's Marina (just down the road) had amazing pizza and beautiful lake views. Keep in mind that Auburn is only 30 minutes away. We had an amazing Italian meal there. We're definitely coming back in the winter!

It was a very nice and relaxing stay. Just what we were looking for. The place was well equipped for cooking even though we really didn’t do much but heat left overs from going out to eat. The view was great. We sat out on the porch upstairs and we also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit below in the evening. The very cold evening. We even had a little snow. Would love to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake more.

Southern Comfort Cabin is located on a gravel driveway about 250 ft from the road. There is a rustic covered carport for small SUV’s & cars as well as 2 additional spaces for parking. Boat trailers can be parked on Bradley Rd near mailbox or along driveway.
